Preparation and carrier timing
A normal order is prepared in approximately 1–2 business days before dispatch. Once the parcel is handed to the carrier, estimated transportation takes 4–6 business days. These are separate estimates rather than a promised arrival date.
Checkout and destination details
The checkout screen is the authority for available delivery services, charges, and any free-shipping offer. A complete street address, current email, and reachable telephone number must be supplied so fulfillment and carrier notices can proceed accurately.
Tracking or delivery problems
Tracking information is shared when the carrier makes it available. Questions about delay, loss, a delivered scan without receipt, or transit damage should include the order number, checkout email, tracking reference, and clear photographs when damage is involved.
Service limits
Destination, product, carrier, or legal restrictions may limit a shipping method. A carrier investigation can extend resolution time, and the available next step is determined after the relevant order evidence is reviewed.
Planning a delivery
United States standard shipping has no charge. Checkout confirms whether an address can be served and displays any additional delivery selections. Payment approval is followed by approximately 1–2 business days of order preparation, then an estimated 4–6 business days in carrier transit after dispatch; timing is not guaranteed.
Weekdays other than federal holidays are business days. Tracking events sometimes post later than the physical movement of a parcel. Ask for an address edit before the package ships. Holiday surges, weekends, weather, carrier service interruptions, incorrect address data, and uncontrollable events may delay arrival. When reporting loss, a delivered status without receipt, damage, a wrong item, or a shortage, include the order number and tracking code.
